Welcome to Lighthouse Wellbeing! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all services provided by Lighthouse Wellbeing, including online and in-person services, consultations, workshops and any other offerings.

By engaging with us, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years old, or have obtained consent from a parent/guardian if under 18.

You agree to use our services for personal wellbeing purposes only.
2. Services

We offer wellness services such as holistic counselling, group coaching, energy healing, entity clearing, psychosomatic therapy, soul retrieval, meditation guidance, therapeutic bodywork and Crystal Dreaming®.

All services are available to clients online in Australia and internationally, except for bodywork and Crystal Dreaming® which are provided in person on the Gold Coast, Qld, Australia, with the understanding that you are responsible for complying with any relevant local laws in your country of residence.
3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, honest and up-to-date information when engaging with our services.

You are responsible for your own physical and mental health during and after using our services.

For coaching/therapy services, it’s important to communicate openly with us. If at any time you feel uncomfortable or unsatisfied, please inform us to discuss further.

You are responsible for maintaining your own appointments and notifying us promptly if you need to reschedule or cancel.
4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled via our website or by direct contact.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

No-show or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Free 15 minute conversation appointments are once per client, in order to determine if we want to work with each other. It is not considered a free counselling or therapy appointment.
5. Payment & Fees

Fees for services are outlined on the website and are subject to change. All payments must be made online at the time of booking, in advance of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments online through credit card, debit card and in some cases direct bank transfer as agreed.

All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

Invoices will be provided upon request.
6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared with us is kept confidential, in compliance with Australian privacy laws.

Your sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes, but only with your prior consent.

We will not share any information about you with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Refunds & Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Refunds are not provided for services already rendered, but we will work with you to address any issues.
8. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding results. Our services are intended to support well-being, but individual results may vary.

Lighthouse Wellbeing is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss that may result from using our services.

We do not provide medical advice. Always seek professional medical attention if needed.
9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and other materials, is owned by Lighthouse Wellbeing and is protected by copyright.

10. Changes to Terms
