Cancellation Policy

Payment for the retreat is required in full at the time of booking. Earlybird discount of $100 is accepted until 31 August 2025. Use code YAMBA100 at check out - Cancellation in writing with 60 days notice = 80% refund - Cancellation in writing with 30 days notice = 50% refund - Cancellation in writing with 14 days notice = 25% refund - Cancellation under 14 days notice = non-refundable ~ By booking you acknowledge this retreat is not a substitute for professional medical care or therapy. ~ We are not responsible for any personal losses, medical expenses, or travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly advised particularly if traveling domestically or internationally via airplane. ~ By booking, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that Lighthouse Wellbeing and accompanying facilitators are not liable for personal injury, loss or damages. ~ Lighthouse Wellbeing and Awakana Retreats reserve the right to refuse or remove retreat participants due to disruptive or unsafe behaviour with no refund.
